The toothbrush heads are really good, fit the Oral B well, and clean as well as the Oral B brand heads.
Unfortunately, out of the four, two of the heads were damaged in transit. Despite an email, and an online report there was no reply. Called the number on the website, which was answered, but then cut off. There was no reply to a voicemail.
As I say, good product, just don't expect any issues to be resolved.
The packaging does not look like the picture. On Amazon it has clear white writing however the packaging is only in black. Surely the image should be the same as what I recieve?
Kicking myself for not buying these sooner. They fit perfectly on my toothbrush and feel like they clean my teeth a lot better than toothbrush heads i have used before (actual oral b ones) Such a good price for the good quality and i also wanted to get these because they are recyclable too. Highly recommend.
Now they've finally arrived they're great.
This was my second order. The first lot were great which is why I bought a bigger pack. It's a shame they accidentally went astray and ended up at a different address, but you corrected this mistake and gave me a credit voucher so you're forgiven. The product is excellent.

These took a while to arrive. They fitted our Oral B electric toothbrushes. They seem to clean teeth well without being harsh and leave a comfortable mouth feel.
A really good product at a sensible price.
However, I either inadvertently ticked a box or, possibly didn't untick a box which led to me signing up for a repeat subscription that I definitely did not want!

Easy to fix in plac, subtle charcoal taste and relatively small head which is great for reaching all areas of your mouth. Very pleased, will be using these from now on!

The product is good, cleans well and does what it says on the box. I am happy with the product but details on how to recycle should be included and a Free post envelope.

Good brush overall, but has the same hole in the middle that lets too much water in & creates mold if you leave it on, the solution is taking the brush head off after rinsing until next use so it dries well. mold free so far since doing this
Like these brushheads. Fit my oral-b perfectly. Bristles are goldilocks (not too hard, not too soft, just right). No complaints

Worth it for the money
Felt robust and fit my Oral B toothbrush, albeit felt not very snugly as genuine heads. On first use the head fell off mid brush and continued to do so! I’m not a vigorous brusher by any means … but these spend more time on floor during the two min brush so not very effective at all unfortunately:( have returned and bought genuine ones again

I don't usually leave a review unless I am really impressed with a product.These toothbrush heads are better than the oral b ones, they are just a bit smaller which helps to get into some awkward spots so will definitely buy again when the time comes.
These are working perfectly. I like that the packaging is ecofriendly.
Second time I have purchased these, appreciate the cardboard packaging and they arrive in pairs of 2 which makes them easier to store. Bristles are not too hard and they fit my branded toothbrush with no problems.

The head comes off very easily when I brush my teeth. I won't buy them again and would not recommend.
