Currently we offer free delivery on all orders for mainland UK. For deliveries outside UK mainland please contact us using the form below to get a quote.
If you order before 11 am on weekdays, your order will be despatched within the same day. We use premium one and two working days delivery services.
we use premium couriers of UPS, DHL and Royal Mail. In some occasions we use Evri.
In short yes, but it depends on wether we have despatched your order yet or not. If you would like to add to your existing order, please contact us via the form below as soon as possible.
If we have not despatched your order yet, you can change your delivery address. To do so please contact us as soon as possible.
Due to Brexit we have stopped sending parcels to outside UK. We are working hard to establish new ways to send our products to other EU countries too. That being said, if you are interested in a particular products please do get in touch with us and we will try our best to make it possible for you to own it.
Some product are delivered in more than one box. Although not common, in some occasions, packages might be delivered at different times. If you believe your order is has missing parts please contact us via the form below and we will investigate it further for your to give you the part or a refund.
The your order is despatched, we notify you via email. We also email you about the courier used and the tracking number for the parcel delivery. Using the tracking number, you can track your order via the courier’s website. Some of your couriers also send you delivery and tracking updates via SMS.
