Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind about owning a product bought from https://edinco.co.uk/, you can return it for a refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days. We aim to process your return application within one working day. To return a product, simply get in touch with us via the contact us page and let us know the reason for your return.
Upon delivery of the product, if there are any issues with your order, the product is damaged and unfunctional, we will replace or refund it for you without any costs. You need to let us know if there is anything wrong with your order within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will cover the postage fee on both ends.
Suppose the item is not faulty, and you change your mind about owning the product. To be eligible for a return, your item and its packaging must be in unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. When we receive the goods, we deduct the fee we incurred to send the item to you in the first place, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount you paid us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. If you would like us to arrange the shipping with our discounted rates, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Products with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the order date (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days from the time we receive the goods. We might refund you in credit to be used in our store in certain circumstances.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless we agree to do so on a case by case basis.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them, and you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Suppose the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. In that case, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item at all times. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we arrange the shipping for you), as well as the fee we incurred to send the item to you, will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When you receive your order, you have 48 hours to notify us if the product is faulty or not functioning as it should. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you inform us about the fault after this period. The 30 days return period is acceptable only if the product is not used and the packaging is not opened and is in the original condition that we sent to the buyer.
If you notify us about damage, you need to provide evidence of the damage or fault. In some cases, we require the item to be returned to us. If the customer damaged the product or the packaging, we would not issue the refund or, in some cases, deduct the fee it cost us to repackage the item and fix the damage to the product made by the customer. In these circumstances, if we do not accept the refund, the customer needs to pay relevant shipping fees to receive the products again.
