We offer the warranty only on Edinco branded items. The warranty does not cover any product sold from other brands on this website. Please check the product description of non-Edinco branded products for their respective warranty terms.

The warranty covers you against manufacturing defects only, and our standard warranty does not cover accidental damage.

A few examples where the warranty does cover are:

When the gazebo frames are bent or broken as a result of setting them up in a windy condition but not properly securing their ends.
When the garden bags are torn because of carrying weights of more than 70KG

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we offer spare parts or a complete unit free of charge for the product if available at stock you or you can get the funds in terms of credit to use in the store.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item at all times. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we arrange the shipping for you), as well as the fee we incurred to send the item to you, will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Damages When you receive your order, you have 48 hours to notify us if the product is faulty or not functioning as it should. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if you inform us about the fault after this period. The 28 days return period is acceptable only if the product is not used and the packaging is not opened and is in the original condition that we sent to the buyer. If you notify us about damage, you need to provide evidence of the damage or fault. In some cases, we require the item to be returned to us. If the customer damaged the product or the packaging, we would not issue the refund or, in some cases, deduct the fee it cost us to repackage the item and fix the damage to the product made by the customer. In these circumstances, if we do not accept the refund, the customer needs to pay relevant shipping fees to receive the products again. We endeavour to use the best methods and couriers to send you the products bought from us. In rare cases, some oversized bulky items such as gazebos might get minor marks and dents in transit. If we believe the effects are minor and do not affect the product’s functionality, we will not accept the return. We will offer a return, partial or complete refund (including the shipping) if we believe it was our fault that you received a faulty item and the fault/dent is significant.
